Continued use of the Platforms will be construed as your acceptance of the Terms, including any revisions made from time to time. Please review these Terms periodically, as all modifications take effect immediately upon being published on the Platforms. These Services are provided exclusively through the FeelyTalk App, ensuring a secure and controlled environment for interactions.

FeelyTalk acts solely as a platform provider and disclaims liability for:

• Risks arising from interactions outside the Platform.
• The exchange of personal or sensitive information during platform-based interactions.

By using the Platform, You agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by FeelyTalk for the safe and effective use of the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Platforms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms.
