How FeelyTalk Works

FeelyTalk is a mobile application designed to provide users a safe space to communicate anonymously with verified individuals referred to as Listeners. These interactions are peer-to-peer discussions intended for emotional support and are not professional therapy or medical services.

Your use of FeelyTalk, including its membership services (where applicable), is governed by this Terms of Service document, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using FeelyTalk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Description

FeelyTalk connects users with verified listeners for emotional support. Listeners are not licensed therapists but provide empathetic listening.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain respectful communication with listeners.
  • Avoid sharing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Use the platform responsibly and avoid abuse of services.

4. Listener Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of user interactions.
  • Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support.
  • Adhere to FeelyTalk’s guidelines and code of conduct.

5. Limitations of Liability

FeelyTalk is not liable for:

  • Any emotional or mental health outcomes from interactions.
  • Unauthorized access to user data despite stringent security measures.
  • Service interruptions due to technical issues.

6. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in harmful activities.

Our Role and Limitations

  1. Listeners’ Role
    • FeelyTalk connects you with Listeners such as Professional Listeners, Happy Coaches, and Wellness Guides who aim to lend a listening ear and provide peer-level emotional support.
    • Listeners are not employees of FeelyTalk. They are independent associates vetted through basic due diligence. FeelyTalk does not guarantee the accuracy of any claims or credentials shared by the Listeners.
    • FeelyTalk encourages users to seek professional assistance (e.g., licensed therapists, medical professionals) for severe psychological, emotional, or physical issues.
  2. Disclaimer of Liability
    • FeelyTalk does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.
    • We are not responsible for any outcomes or consequences arising from your interactions with Listeners. This includes disputes, conflicts, or misunderstandings resulting from the discussions.
    • You agree to hold FeelyTalk harmless from any liabilities, damages, or claims stemming from your use of the app or your interactions with Listeners.
  3. Anonymity and Privacy
    • FeelyTalk prioritizes user anonymity. We strongly encourage you to refrain from sharing personal identifying information with Listeners.
    • Any association or communication outside the platform between users and Listeners is discouraged and done at your own risk.

Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments.
  • All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

2. Refund Policy

  • Payments for listener sessions are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions may be made for failed sessions due to technical issues, subject to review.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Users may opt for recurring subscriptions for discounted session rates.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused days.

4. Failed Transactions

  • Users will be notified of failed transactions.
  • Services will not be provided until payment is successfully completed.

5. In-App Purchases

  • Additional features or credits may be purchased within the app.
  • Prices for in-app purchases are clearly displayed and subject to applicable taxes.
